Weldcraft™ 41V33 short back cap provide more access to welding joints in tight spaces than medium or long back caps. Also known as button back caps, they cover the back portion of the electrode on a TIG torch to prevent the tungsten electrode from shorting out during welding. They also put pressure on the collet to keep the electrode in place in the collet and create a seal that prevents shielding gas from leaking out the back of the torch. Compatible for use A-125, W-250, W-280, W-310, W-375.
